Have you ever dreamed of walking into a breathtaking condo with a beautiful oceanfront ?? Located on the 3rd floor with an elevator!!

This condo is full of modern amenities.
Complete with two king size beds,in-unit washer and dryer, 1 - 1/2 beautifully remodeled baths, fully functioning kitchen.
The beds are already made along with all linens and towels supplied. Kitchen is complimented with granite countertops accented with a sea glass backsplash. Kitchen also has a keurig coffee maker.

This was a very nice stay. It has secure parking with handicap spaces, elevator with luggage carts, and quiet neighbors. The outside life was loud Saturday night, but quiet Sunday night. Food was within walking distance and the beach was busy Saturday but not on Sunday. The condo had just enough amenities for 4 people. I would definitely come again.

Amazing location

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The location was just what we needed. We could walk to several restaurants and shops. The fireworks on Thursday night was a very nice surprise.

Had a great time always enjoy Carolina Beach especially in a place like this one! We could walk everywhere we needed to go and were in front of the ocean and on the Boardwalk.

We just stayed a couple of nights but enjoyed the property. It was clean and comfortable. We liked sitting on the deck with a great view of the ocean. It’s proximity to the beach and shops and restaurants on the boardwalk made it the perfect location.

Clean.. it is right on the beach and by the boardwalk. The elevator comes quickly if you need it. I walked everywhere. I loved sitting on the patio and people watching. The pool was also nice. It was a lovely place to stay.

Great location, great view, property needs a few updates

We enjoyed our stay overall. The view of the ocean was wonderful and the location was great - conveniently located on the boardwalk so we could access all the shops and restaurants nearby. The property itself though needs updating a bit - there was an exposed open hole in the ceiling of one of the bedrooms. Overall we had a decent stay but would probably book elsewhere in the future.

Great property within walking distance of everything Carolina Beach has to offer. Once parked, never moved the car. The view was spectacular. Almost no need to visit the beach when you can sit on the balcony and take it all in. Really enjoyed sitting out there at night. Communication with Sheila was great. Instant reaponses!

Great place for a get-away

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I'm 80 and have mobility issues, so the elevator was a necessity. The condo itself was beautiful, the half bath was great for me and the updated kitchen was terrific. Sheila was super-quick to answer any questions and so nice to deal with. We were steps away from the Boardwalk and beach, (hint: Britt's Doughnuts are worth waiting in line for). I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to spend a few days or a week getting away from everything!

Good location, ok inside

We rented this place since it was waterfront and had an elevator since we had an elderly person with us. The space had everything we needed and nice view to ocean but felt like it could use some TLC. Nothing major but all the little things added up to a so so feeling about the condo. (the floor could be cleaner, the decor is cheap and felt tired, no rug or coffee table in the den, loose towel rack, spots on the bathroom ceiling, drapes that don't open fully to see the great view) I don't mean to complain but all those little things do add up to overall feel of the place. Also no fault of owner but the elevator broke twice during our 2 day stay and that was stressful with an 82 year old with us. 3 1/2 stars would be an honest review. It would not take a lot to bring it up to 5 stars

Great location on the beach near boardwalk and nightlife. Each room has a view of the marina and the beach. Some lighting fixtures and the TVs didn't seem to work but that's wasn't a big deal for us. Would stay here again.
