"Our stay at the Chelsea hotel was delightful. We enjoyed the amenitites near by, and the pool, sauna and bathroom were all very clean . Although the bathroom faucets in our room were installed backwards twice with hardly no drainage and constantly dripping all the time. Whenever we need assistance the staff was very helpful."
