"It was unbearably hot in the room. Screen on sliding door was broken so we couldn't leave the door open. Only one of three windows had a screen. Thermostat was set to off but one of the electric heaters was blasting heat. It was a very uncomfortably hot night with only one window open. Air conditioner was not installed. "Very kind staff and super helpful and patient, tha location is perfect, minutes from Eaton Centre and close to many restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed our stay even though it was one night. This hotel is also so kids friendly, it's very rare to find a hotel suitable for adults AND kids especially downtown Toronto. Will be back for sure !"
