"Great hotel; staff were helpful, rooms were clean and breakfast was fantastic. The hotel was close enough to walk to the Blue Jays games, the harbour and to Younge Street. We would stay here again."

"I really enjoy this property, however, my only criticism of this hotel is that the kitchenettes come with no supplies. I would think they should include at minimum plates, cutlery, a toaster, a dishcloth and tea towel. When I asked for plates and cutlery they provided paper plates and plastic cutlery which broke when I used them."

"Laundry room is available and it is definitely a plus if you stay long since there are no many good laundromats in the area. Breakfast is good and they constantly refill. Their shampoo and lotion brand Zero % is great cause I have allergy issues and have been looking for products which has no chemicals with a nice scent. I loved it so, I purchased from Amazon for myself. Plenty of parking space at the back too. After you passed the dining area, there is a carpet leading to your rooms has smell. It is not too strong but noticeable. One good thing is that there is no carpet in your room, so no carpet smell in your room. Overall the room is clean. Just need to clean/wipe the dinning area tables faster because although there were spaces to sit down to eat but there were crumbs and leftover food on the tables from other customers who already left. These are not big issues so, overall experience was great"

"Our stay was incredible! A special thank you to Jessie at Clockwork, who went out of her way to make our evening truly memorable. She was, without question, the highlight of our stay. Watching her craft specialty cocktails was a show in itself, and her exceptional service left a lasting impression. I will be candid: the service at Reign and The Library could use some attention. Both experiences fell below expectations due to a noticeable lack of attentiveness. That said, the quality of the food more than compensated for the service shortcomings, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. We will forever remember our stay at the Fairmont. Its rich history, elegance, and atmosphere made for an unforgettable experience and a memory we will cherish for years to come."

"My room was clean and well-maintained. Our room had a beautiful view. The receptionists and cleaners were very polite and nice. We found enough parking spots, and on top of everything, with a wristband provided by the hotel, we could get free passes to some activities, including an open-air gondola ride. The drawback was that it had no restaurant, which can be helpful, especially for breakfast. Also, we couldn't find any slippers or toothpaste. They are considered personal items, but if you forget the slippers, as happened to me, it helps. We stayed just one night, but the experience was great enough to consider going back."
