The cleanest and most updated place I have stayed at with VRBO. The pictures are exact, two nice bedrooms and an Air Hockey table and foosball table. Nice welcome gift/snacks on arrival. Easy to check in and great communication from Owner.

Super clean, lovely spot. Staircase was a bit steep for elderly or toddlers but for our group, it was fine. We did find it a bit cold but the heaters were helpful. Shower was amazing!!

Very pleased with the accommodations - lots of room; very comfortable beds and linens!! We wished we had booked it for more than 1 night:)Owners are onsite and very friendly! They had put out a basket of treats and even offered to help carry items in!

Wonderful stay in Grimsby!

We booked this stay so we could be close to the Falls and not too far from Toronto for our TS concert. It exceeded our expectations! It was clean, comfortable, spacious, had everything we needed. The hosts were very kind, had welcome brochures, kitchen snacks and put a lot of thought into what guests would need during their stay. The location was in a nice neighborhood. We grocery shopped at near by Food Basics & cooked breakfast every morning. We fed the seagulls & ducks at Forty Mile park.

Stunning Basement Apartment!

We were so happy with our stay here! Allen was very communicative and an incredibly kind host. He was accommodating and allowed us to check-in a couple hours early so we could attend our friend's wedding. We had a lovely stay here. The apartment itself was sparkling clean, super spacious, and just stunning. We also were provided with snacks and tourist pamphlets for the Niagara region. Everything is very well-planned out, and thoughtful. I will definitely stay here again if I am in the area again. I highly recommend; 10/10! :)

What a great property!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a property owned by Allen and Leahy, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The property itself is lovely, boasting charm and comfort in equal measure. Located in a super location, it provided the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. Communication with Allen and Leahy was effortless; they were always prompt, clear, and courteous in their responses. Their accommodating nature truly enhanced our stay, making sure that all our needs were met and that we felt welcomed. The property was well-maintained and offered all the amenities one could hope for. From the cosy interiors to the serene outdoor spaces, every aspect of the property contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Overnight Getaway

Overall, we had a good stay at this home! It offered plenty of amenities and was in a convenient location close to shopping and restaurants. That said, we were quite disappointed by the extra guest fee. Only three of us stayed, and with four beds, the house could easily accommodate six people. It didn’t really make sense to be charged extra per guest beyond two. When we asked the host about it, they explained it was due to additional cleaning costs, such as bed making. This was a bit concerning, as we would expect all beds to be cleaned and prepared between stays, regardless of whether they were used. Aside from that issue, our experience was positive

Comfortable, clean, convenient, cute and classy

Layout was perfect to have my older Mother stay closer to the exit door and for my husband and myself to stay on other side of the whole level. In between the space was a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator and freezer which came in handy. I wish it wasn’t chilly in the morning so I could benefit from the outdoor hot tub. The rainfall shower made up for it. Lots of vineyards in the area. We went to Cave Creek vineyard for a wedding and the wine and food was delicious there. I would enjoy staying here again. The host Allen was very helpful. Thank you!

There are not enough words to describe this wonderful VRBO! The amazing and accommodating hosts live upstairs and are so very kind! Clean, cozy, inviting, beautifully decorated! The beds, linens and pillows are like sleeping on a cloud! Proximity to Niagara Falls and Toronto are awesome! The shores of Lake Ontario are a few minute drive from the home.
