"Clean and good enough."

"Staff went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. On various occasions did I phone reception to ask for things, eg a baking sheet, coffee and salt. And within minutes it arrived at our door. We can recommend this hotel for its location and service."

"I was charged twice on my mastercard. Neither The Burrard or Expedia will not reemburse. Needless to say I will not use this hotel nor Expedia again. I am out close to $200 because of these organizations.There are other good hotels in this vicinity for next time. It's incredible that this kind of thing still happens in the 21st century. "

"Room was a really strange shape and set up poorly. No streaming or tv services. No convenience store or shop and no vending so no way for treats, snacks or to get a pop. Right across from a hospital so sirens go all night. "

"We arrived early and they happily stored our bags, so we could explore. In a great location, Check in was quick. Got to the room and it was adequate except the bathroom was incredibly small. The bed was very comfortable and was nice that they had plush big robes to go down to the pool in. The elevators were very slow and only one goes to the pool level. Overall had a nice stay"

"Good enough. You get what you’re paying for and for the price compared to the $$$$$ of others it was okay. It smelled of febreeze quite strongly. The people in the room above us were moving chairs all night. Definitely wait for a higher floor. On the third floor you’re looking directly into other people. The Parkade was exceptionally empty, which was nice. You’re just a little down from all of the more popular areas after passing by a lot of vape shops and pubs. It is incredibly close to Granville Island, however. "
