It would be great if the front desk staff communicated with housekeeping as we had to ask for extra towels every single day as they only left one towel per bed, not one per person even though we had 4 people on the booking."

"From the warm welcome at the front desk to the courteous interactions with the lovely cleaning staff, everyone at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Willo's excellent location meant that we could walk almost everywhere we wanted (Robson Street, Art Gallery of Vancouver, Yaletown, Chinatown, Gastown, Olympic Village), and the Stadium-Chinatown transit stop was located close-by for the times we decided to venture further afield (Waterfront, Granville Island, Stanley Park, MOA, Metrotown, YVR). We'll be returning to wonderful Vancouver in the future, and the Willo is where we're going to stay."
