"The Burrard Hotel is situated in a great area of downtown Vancouver - within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and site seeing - by Uber, 8 minutes to Capilano Suspension Bridge Park and close to the waterfront. The staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was clean with modern amenities. The hotel does not serve meals but recommends the Cafe Bar next door which serves a great breakfast and offers a discount if you are staying at the hotel. We would recommend staying at The Burrard Hotel."

"This hotel far surpassed expectations & was truly lovely in every respect, including good location & the quality of the rooms. It represented good value for money. What made the stay though, was the outstanding customer service, from the little touches of the housekeeping staff to the genuine interest of the reception staff when checking out, but most of all the exceptional care & attention of the concierge staff Jillian & David. I can’t thank them enough for their help."

"This hotel was in a great location with a lot of coffee shops nearby. The room itself was spacious and came with a lot of amenities. It was also close to a car rental, which was convenient for our trip. The only downside was the water from the shower drained very slowly and sometimes the water was ankle high. We asked the front desk for help and they said they would send in a maintenance person, but when we returned that evening, we found the issue was unresolved. Nevertheless, it was still a good stay and we would consider the hotel again in the future."

"This is a nice hotel overall. My only complaint is that by the time you add in taxes fees and parking, you are paying $500 CAN for a room that you cannot even use the mini fridge in. The fridge was completely full of overpriced snacks and drinks ($8 for a small bottle of water etc) and a note stated not to remove any items to free up space. I'm sorry, but if I'm paying that kind of money for a fairly basic hotel room, I'd better be able to utilize the mini fridge. The restaurant is nice, but again, incredibly expensive for what you get. Also no balcony or windows that open to get fresh air; I found that strange."
