"This was a nice hotel, they are working on upgrading the rooms,ours was an older room outdated but had a nice view. The staff and bell hops were great. The breakfast buffet was very good too. We hope to return one day."

"Me and my husband stayed one night before our cruise. The hotel is very centrally located and walking distance to the cruise port. The neighborhood is full of restaurants and centrally located. "Staff were amazing, both at the front desk and in the steakhouse. Hotel is dated and a little more dirty than you'd expect from the photos, but it was one of the cheapest available in the area so it was most aligned with price."

"Unexpected night in Vancouver Garry at check in was great at welcoming us and giving a sense of calm that was much needed. The room was great, clean & spacious. Haneiah (sp?) at concierge was very helpful in suggesting a few restaurants in the area. Dinner was great and we had very good food and service. All in all it was just what the doctor ordered after all the drama and flight delays and searching for mis placed bags that got us here 10 minutes too late to catch the last ferry to Nanaimo. We had a pleasant evening in Vancouver. Thanks to the Fairmont Waterfront staff for making this lost day an evening to remember. J. R. Radtke 9/7/26"
