"Don’t judge a book by its cover, this hotel was safe, clean, excellent location and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. If you only plan to shower and rest in your room this is definitely the best budget friendly option. Plenty of parking local to both capilano and grouse. Only took us less than 20 mins to get in and out of downtown area."

"Good location with beautiful waterfront views and walking areas. Easy access to cabs and sky train. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the concierges. Room were dated but clean. Upgraded to a larger room without issue when 3 rd party joined us. Pool and hottub area was amazing and fun. Downsides included 2.5 hour later check in time than expected, no vending machines at hotel or easy access to snacks or drinks later in evening, hotel bar/restaurant closed early (11pm) for a Friday night, and saw a mouse in the back part of restaurant one evening when eating there."
