Con. wish the airport was a little closer to Vancouver city, but the sky train will get you there from the airport. Not cheap, about $30.00 a day for 2 persons"

"Upon check-in I told the person how excited I was that we went driving over to Bouchard Gardens in Victoria. At no time did the person say “do you have reservations to get on the to put your car on to cross the water. We rented a car & drove to wherever you had to put your car on and we did not have a reservation and could not go to Victoria. It was a massive disappointment and all the guy needed to do upon check in was ask. (When we rented the car they also didn’t say anything.) The other thing was I could not easily get to the gym. There were lots of stairs. The breakfast delivered to room was quite sumptuous. We had a lovely time inconvenience of being at the airport and taking the train to Vancouver was a pleasure."

"Easy to get to via transit; check-in was easy; room was not very thoroughly cleaned before we arrived (we saw someone else's hair clip sticking out from under one of the beds; there was some dirt in the carpet, but nothing significant enough to complain about). The staff was very responsive; we asked for a cot for our toddler and they brought it up within 5 minutes of getting off the phone with them. Breakfast buffet was good, too."
