The hotel is a little hard to find because it is located in a place with many surrounding stores and a hotel right next door with its own underground car park. We were not advised in advance that the car park is located underground off a service alley behind the hotel. We were also surprised that the daily parking rate was $37 (Canadian), but we learned that every business or public lot in Vancouver charges very high car park rates. We have stayed in the Hampton Inn and Suites in Washington DC and elsewhere, so we know it operates under high standards.
