"Perfect location"

"Staff were absolutely lovely, a big shout out the the guy that was on the desk all of our stay, he was great and very helpful. We were swapped rooms as there was an issue with one of the beds upon arrival which staff understood and accommodated. The room had everything we needed for a few nights, our coffee and tea was topped up and our bin emptied. Great location if you do not wish to be in central London and venture everywhere, transport is easily accessible too. We only had breakfast on our first morning as we thought it was full English breakfast but realised after arriving that it is an Italian breakfast which did not cater to the kids taste but that was our mistake and should have looked into it more as the photos of the full breakfast were old photos from a cafe that used to cater the breakfasts."

"Clean room, good air con (wish it stayed on longer). Rug/carpets were a bit stained but otherwise clean. Comfy beds!"

"Many of the rooms have no windows to the outside, they just open into an indoor conference room, this is not clear on the website. The rooms are very warm even with the AC on full. The shower in our room had a frosted glass wall into the bedroom, okay for a couple but may not be if you are travelling with your mother. The coffee shop at the hotel is no longer open, there is only the breakfast buffet which is £22pp, however there are lots of coffee shops in the area. Overall it suited our needs but did not meet our expectations."

"Staff were super friendly, rooms and facilities were new and perfectly clean, location reasonably accessible with nearby underground, overground station and bus stops. Highly recommended for those willing to pay some amount. It's worth it."

"Property has had a makeover since we last stayed- excellently finishes snd clean. Top floor room cosy, but no lift so with a case it's a little difficult. Otherwise whole property excellent value. "
