"The hotel was good and located next to the train station. It was a bit of a tight squeeze for two people in the double room, but we made it work, and we’d stay again. Washers and dryers are available onsite, and the staff were really nice and attentive."

Five minute walk to train station. Business neighborhood, but still nice for travelers. Would love to stay at this property in the future. Do not miss the breakfast buffet, scrumptious, and convenient."

"Restaurant reserved for private groups which was very inconvenient. No concierge service. Room was old and had some sort of old, portable air purifier or A/C on the floor. Couldn’t tell what it was b/c it was in Japanese. The front desk people weren’t very helpful. Bellman and doorman were both very helpful. We got the club floor package which was worth it and very nice. "
