Everything was outstanding and I would stay there again. The staff, housekeeping and all amenities were to my liking. The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The room service and the Dinner Restaurants was exquisite.

IMO best place to stay in Tokyo. It is not in busy places like Shinjiku or Shibuya and that is what makes it prefect place to stay after busy day. It is close to Tokyo Bay with amazing view. It is next subway station and 10 min away from JR Line. All in all, I will always would stay here when I come to Tokyo for sure!

The entire experience was exceptional. From the concierge to the reception was a genuine 5 star. The view of Tokyo Bay was exquisite and the service overall, including the bar and dining areas was outstanding. I would highly recommend this hotel. 10/10!

This is one of my favourite hotels in Tokyo and this stay is no different. Fantastic seaside view, fantastic customer service and room amenities is top notch as always. Will be back again in my next visit.

Great stay- worth the extra train ride!

Overall was an incredible stay! When we checked in our first room smelled terribly of cigarette smoke although it was a non smoking room. They quickly transferred us to a new room that was MUCH better. Service was amazing and the staff is what you’d expect from a five star. My only recommendation would have been to offer better coffee in the morning and to perhaps have offered something in place of our first night spent in the smoky room. Rooms are big for Tokyo and the views are incredible! Despite being a bit dated they are clean and appointed, just be sure to ask that your room was NEVER a smoking room. Breakfast buffet is great, only thing again is to have better coffee.
