"An exceptional value, the hotel completely filled my needs and wishes. I was especially pleased with the excellent gym, but also appreciated the spacious room, high quality restaurants, beautiful garden and tasteful interior "
"Staff very very friendly and helpful, especially with holding our luggage early from another hotel via delivery service. Quiet hotel with lovely atmosphere. Plenty of eating options in the building as well as surround area."

"Clean comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff. We opted to include breakfast and it was good value, buffet style with a good wide selection. The hotel is super handy to Takanawa Gateway station, very walkable with luggage and Shinagawa station is also handy though a bit further of a walk. The hotel has a happy hour in the evening from 5pm with free drinks and snacks in the bar area, this was a nice way to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing! Lastly we found it very quiet in our room, didn’t hear anything from other rooms at night etc."
"Fantastic accommodation close to train station. Absolutely gorgeous gardens offering a tranquil environment to be in. This hotel also has the limousine bus directly to Narita airport. Staff were absolutely amazing and helpful. They understand English and speak it which is so much easier to communicate. Room was large and spacious as was the bathroom and toilet. It also has a 7-11 in the hotel. Highly recommend, i will definitely be staying there again when i return to Japan"
"We stayed in early Oct 2025.
First- the front desk staff is beyond amazing. I lost my phone on a trip one day, the following morning, while checking out, we spoke to the staff about what happened. I don’t know her name, but instantly dropped everything else to help. Although she didn’t speak English we communicated via google translate. She called the restaurant we went to, police station, and anywhere else she could think of. Absolutely incredible service. 10 out of 10!!!!
As for the hotel - it is very close to subway stations, and other amenities. It’s super clean, and the room was very comfortable. We would ABSOLUTELY stay again. "
"The hotel was really nice and clean and had lots of food and bar options. Would recommend the hotel but Shinagawa is a little out of the way for what we wanted to do. The train station is only a short walk away however "
