"Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was centrally located to the Yamanote and Asakusa train lines. Also has a direct train route to the airport. The room was very comfortable and clean. Of course the staff was impeccable. So friendly and helpful! I really enjoyed the onsen as well but please note it is not tattoo friendly. They do provide some tattoo stickers to cover up smaller tattoos, but if you have a lot or very large tattoos, you cannot use the onsen. The breakfast and lunch buffets were very good and worth the price. Quite a few good places to eat in walking distance as well. This was my first stay at an APA hotel and I would stay there again."

"We were in a panoramic king club room. The club room element was really worthwhile. Its a huge hotel but felt much smaller by staying in a club room there are private lifts, breakfast is included in the lounge and there are drinks and snacks throughout the day and evening (including champagne at cocktail hour) so really felt worthwhile. The view is clearly also stupendous. "

"We had an amazing stay at the Fairmont. The hotel is beautiful and the views were absolutely stunning. We stayed for a week and were out most nights, but loved coming back to such a comfortable, luxurious space. The spa and gym were excellent and really added to the experience. We’ve also stayed at the Fairmont in Monaco and truly love the Fairmont brand — it never disappoints. We would happily stay here again."
