"This was the first time we stayed at Cavallo Lodge and it was amazing . Staff very helpful, and informed us on all the amenities available . The room ( the commanders suite) was amazing with breath taking views of SF bay. The suite was very comfortable, clean and very spacious. They offered turn down service , which is an added comfort. The only neg was the parking, our suite had its own parking space but someone else parked there which made us park a distance from . They offer free rental...

"Property location made up for shortfalls such as no water when we got to the room, not super clean, had ants and dead bug on mantel… also, bathrooms not private as has shutters to open out to view witch is good and bad, bed also very hard for me. But still a great spot, just not 5 stars for price. "
