Apartments in São Francisco Xavier

New and well equipped. Very friendly and helpful staff (Vladimir and especially Fabio). Washer/dryer in the 1 bedroom apartment was very helpful. However, hot water system could not handle 3 showers plus washing machine and dishwasher running at the same time.

We loved this apartment and the whole complex. So spacious and clean. The bedding was luxurious. The mix of modern and old was blended beautifully. From the moment we entered the property we were treated really well, given lots of great information and were treated to a lovely welcoming expresso coffee. It is situated in a great place, close to lots of restaurants, the promenade and in easy walking distance to the heart of vibrant Lisbon. We already have recommended it to others.

The Apartment was spacious, in a great location in old city & Marina was super helpful as our host (was able to source very good city & Sintra guides). The Prada grocery store below which served as a bistro in the evenings was great for small plates & non preservative local wines. Highly recommend. Breakfast bags are delivered to your room each morning - something different each day.

Beautiully appointed with absolutely everything tought of. A super special retreat in a central location. Very accommodating and check in ws easy and so much info provided. A great stay all round, I loved it

Historic building well renovated in the heart of Lisbon. Great history and features in apartment. Lift access. Walk to metro and rail. Great food and grocery options at your door. Easy access and great communication with host.

Great Apartment with everything we needed. Large space and well appointed

Really comfortable bed and pillows. Lots of appliances, crockery etc We were on the 4th floor which meant we had to go up one flight of stairs as the lift only went to the 3rd floor. This was more than compensated for by the big balcony with sweeping views over Lisbon and lots of seating to enjoy the sunset etc. Only negative was lack of shelving in bathroom and shower.

The apartment was fantastic. It was well presented and is in a perfect location close to transport, shopping and entertainment. The staff we amazing and super responsive to enquries. Overall - it was a fantastic stay and will book again when I return to Lisbon

Terrific location, great facilities, will be back again.

A perfect location in Lisbon. Close to restaurants, shopping and tourist highlights such as Elevator de Gloria, Miradouro de Sao Pedro de Alacantara and Igreja de Sao Roque. The Residentas team make you feel a special guest and even included a farewell gift of homemade biscuits and postcards. The apartment is well equipped for preparing meals but with so many restaurant options nearby the kitchen may be under utilised during your stay. Thoughtful little inclusions like coffee pods, eggs, and...
