Staff was very friendly & helpful, they are greeting the visitor at the entrance & explaining everything. Room was very clean, there were quite a few Mercados around, coffee places, and a few restaurants as well. It’s very close to the Lisbon International Airport, but not so close to Lisbon downtown.

Nice but noisy

The property itself was very good, clean, comfortable and well located. It is however directly in the flight path, so there are landing planes every few minutes roaring over head late into the night and starting again at 5:30 am making good sleep difficult. I was on the top floor making it worse. I was in Lisbon for work for a week, so consistently disrupted sleep was an issue. Otherwise very nice property

The place itself was lovely - clean, spacious and comfortable. Sophia greeted us and helped us check in (and gave us directions to downtown, as well as organized our airport taxi for us- she was wonderful!). The couch was most uncomfortable (but we didn’t need it). The communication was non- existent; I sent several messages the days prior with some questions, and never got a single response. I also never got the code to actually enter the building. After waiting outside of the building for a while, Sophia happened to see us and let us in. She then helped us with the automated (on a touchscreen screen) check-in process. If it wasn’t for Sophia happening to come by when she did, I really don’t know how we would have been able to get in. The place really needs to work on their communication- it was a very unsettling experience overall, until we ran into Sophia.

The place was clean. The mini-split heating/cooling system did not work. The windows (which we opened as as the apartment was too hot) have no screens, so we were bit by mosquitoes throughout the night.

Thin walls - you can ear loud sounds (the people talking and children crying) from the other rooms. Our shower had a broken door and the curtain had a dirty aspect. The room curtains were very dirty as well. Does not have a laundry service. The cleaning lady's are very friendly and helpful.

Like the area and room was very clean. The air conditioning remote and the TV remote had dead batteries. Needless to say i had no TV or air. In addition, i was not able to contact any of the property management. I tried calling the number on my email 4 times and no answer. I also tried the photo on the kiosk and the same, no answer. The God there wasn't an emergency. No good public service. Very disappointed.

What does one say when the maids try to extort money from you? What does one say when small pieces of jewelry disappear? They were made from surgical steel so they were not expensive but they were mine. The worse was the manager, after knocking and being told I did not need service and I was on the phone; used her pass key to bust in to let me know I had no right to privacy. The person I was on the phone with is providing prof of this happening”. I did not feel safe here and, as a frequent traveler “, this has not happened before. Do not recommend this place and this is the first time I have made this kind of review.

I do not recommend this place to stay. You can expect a lot of noise as the airplanes fly really low and nearby and the walls are thin, so any noise from the other guests you will hear, as well.I made the check-in and check-out on the same day as it was impossible to sleep there.

All good except three things: 1. Noisy location near air plane talking off path and also, heavy train noise 2. Room was not very well insulated to noise, could hear every words people saying outside my room door 3. The Kiosk check in is ok but online should be preferred
