Absolutely stunning hotel. We were so pleased with everything about our stay!
From the airport water taxi service that took us to the island, to arriving at the beautiful hotel and being very pleased with our room, to the excellent service provided throughout our stay.
All of the staff were so kind, helpful, and easy to speak to. Special shout out to Sam and Osama who worked at the hotel cafe/restaurant for the excellent service. Both were so kind, joyous and hardworking.

Absolutely lovely property in a great location. The staff were fantastic and friendly. The roof top bar on top of the hotel is magnificent.
Located on the Grand Canal, very close to the Rialto Bridge and close proximity to so many great restaurants, cafes and bars. We had a wonderful, spacious and very clean room with side views of the Grand Canal.
Highly recommend this amazing hotel. The rooftop bar is a must to visit

Everything in this lovely little hotel oozes quality and charm. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms, fixtures and products are top quality as is the small but excellent breakfast buffet. Be warned though about the photos presented online.. You may not be booking the room you think you are.

Excellently looked after Hotel with welcoming and attentive staff. Well kept but like a lot of Venice buildings nothing stunning to look at outside but inside a different story. Welcoming drink voucher given to have in their small bar. Venice not the best for negotiating with big bags!
Walkable from St.Lucia station or water taxi possible at a cost. To get to St Marco Square is 30mins and pass Rialto Bridge on way if take right walking way! Lots of great museums to visit.

We stayed in the royal suite which was spacious, very high ceilings with fantastic fresco on the ceiling of both rooms. It felt like we were staying in a renaissance palace. It was a one of a kind experience and well worth it for any special trip to Venice.

We stayed for two nights and enjoyed our visit. The room was spacious and clean with comfortable bed. Bathroom was well presented. Buffet breakfast was delicious and it was most enjoyable to eat out on the terrace each morning.
There are a number of good restaurants nearby.

A beautiful hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. Staff are knowledgeable about the city and transport options and offer great advice. I was extremely happy with my stay, and as a person with mobility issues i appericated that the staff put down a ramp for the small step at the entrance without having to ask for it - it proves the staff go beyond to help their guests. The hotel was located steps away from luxury stores and a restaurant also very close to the Rialto bridge and ferry stop....

From the moment we arrived we were met by friendly, helpful staff. Room was a twin room, with plenty of space. Lovely restaurant on the canal front and handy to water taxis, shops and just perfect location. Breakfast was lovely, the staff were very busy but always welcoming Travelling with friends and we all had a great stay. Thank you

We stayed here for one night between flying in from Naples and catching a cruise the next day. It is in a lovely setting with bikes which we borrowed (free of charge) to bike along the river to the nearby village. Biking further past the village along the river was lovely as the sun went down. We had dinner at the resturant which was okay - nothing to write home about but filled our tummy and was obviously convenient. The room had a lot of character which we enjoyed. There was a shuttle to the...
