"Loved our stayed. Far from the chaos of St Marks square and Rialto Bridge, but not too far away, Salute Vaporeto is around the corner, which is a stop to use if you are using the water taxi to move around the Venice canal. A few laid back restaurants a few steps away and also an amazing pub/deli, Corner Pub. The hotel is very nice and cozy, friend staff, in the room you have the essentials. "Great property in the heart of Venice. The staff was very helpful and the location allowed us to access almost every part of the city very easily. Restaurants and shopping are literally right outside the door, yet the property is a bit away from the frenzy and quiet when needed. We hesitated a bit to go directly to the hotel by water taxi because it cost Euros 80 for a 15 minute ride. But it is worth the convenience of not having to lug around your suitcases from the ferry dock, looking for the hotel and going over multiple bridges."

"This hotel was less than a 5-minute walk from the train station and the perfect launching off spot for our adventure. Water taxis are a few minutes from the hotel, Rialto bridge a 15-20 minute walk, St. Mark’s about 30 minutes. Lots to eat, see, and buy along the walking route. Hotel was clean and comfortable and reasonably priced in comparison to other options."

"I rate the Hyatt Centric Murano at 5 stars. The staff is very attentive. friendly, and helpful. The rooms are modern, spacious, clean, and serviced daily. The bedroom is located in a loft and must be accessed by a stairway. As a senior, I prefer a one-level layout, but the loft design creates a high ceiling, which makes the room feel even more spacious. The hotel is decorated throughout with fine glass art, which Murano artisans are famous for. The breakfast selections are outstanding, and the dining area can feel intimate even with lots of diners. I like the location because Murano is not overflowing with tourists like other locations near the Venice city center. If you plan on visiting some of the many tourist sites in the city, the only downside to the location is that you will need to become familiar with the public water taxi service to plan your travel routes efficiently. This can be confusing at first, but Google Maps makes it easier. Museo Murano is a water taxi stop conveniently located directly in front of the hotel. Public transport is relatively inexpensive, especially since you can purchase multi-day passes. The alternative is a more expensive private water taxi. The hotel operates its own water taxi service to and from the airport. Overall, we were very pleased with our 5-night stay, and we would happily stay there again if we are fortunate enough to return."
