Staff was wonderful, especially "Harry"(sorry if we got the name/spelling wrong). Wonderful breakfast!! Only con was shower cleanliness around the bottom door/glass. I would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay in Venice. The property was very clean and full of old-world charm and character, with beautiful silk wallpaper, high ceilings, and lovely wooden beams that made it feel truly Venetian. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of both hot and cold options. Overall, a charming and comfortable place to stay in Venice!

On arrival the young male receptionist was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We booked the premium double with views out to the busy canal and although a bit noisy at times, this added to the Venice experience. Our room was serviced every day and the complimentary tea and coffee and sometimes pastries were available. The hotel is very central and in a fantastic location. Whilst all the reception staff were polite, a few were more formal (I think it’s a family run hotel but unsure). As we were leaving after a 4 night stay we received a polite goodbye but not really a thank you for your stay, how was everything. We treated ourselves to a private water taxi for our return journey which the staff were more than helpful to organise. Overall, it was a fantastic stay in a very comfortable, well located hotel with helpful and knowledgeable staff. Would thoroughly recommend.

We got an upgrade to an excellent room. It was really like a palace room. Unfortunately, the fridge doesn't work, a staff were very helpful and agreed to use their big fridge. The Coop shop is really a minute from the hotel. Overall, it was a good stay, just keep in mind that you need to work for Ali Laguna stations.

The room was cozy, the bed was super comfortable, I had a view on the street below, overall no outside noise, but the room on 1st floor are nearby reception so a bit of noise is expected on the morning. The staff was super welcoming and helpful and the hotel is situated in a very lively part of Venice with Osteria at 5 minutes by foot.
