"A house of two halves. The top floor (show in pics) is nice, great view.. Bottom half is pretty terrible. It smelt like it hadn’t been opened up for 6 months. One bedroom is more like a large storage area - no window. The other two bedrooms are connected and pretty basic. A couple of the beds seemed slept in. We contacted Regional Escapes but got no response. Also everything was a bit unclean - dirty plates/cups in drawers etc. Wouldn’t complain if it was a basic 3* place but Pretty disappointing for the price. "

"LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! Lovely property with anything you might need. BUT the location was PERFECT! Quick walk to cafe’s and restaurants, as well as the clifftop path to the lighthouse. Wonderful family stay; the property manager was responsive to any questions."

We were offered early check in (but weren’t in town to take advantage), staff were lovely and friendly, park has great facilities (laundry, pool, all kinds of kids activities), cabin has all we needed and is a good layout, plus Aireys Inlet is a lovely spot. "

The house was absolutely filthy with many broken amenities. -Cooling does not work.-Exhaust fans, oven and grill don’t work.-Couches, walls and carpet filthy.-Deck is unsafe with exposed nails and structural issues.-Screeching toilet when refilling. -Uncomfortable beds with old lumpy mattresses.-Mouldy cockroaches in kettle and many roaches throughout house.-Constant spiders as fly screens are broken."
