"Parking was safe and easy, though very expensive. Staff very nice. Rooms were clean but could use a lil more TLC especially with bathroom amenities."

"The rooms were generously proportioned. I stayed here for 18 days so that was the biggest plus point. I felt I had my own apartment. A large walk in closet was the best part. No unsightly luggage all over the room. Nearly hidden from sight. Lovely views of Coit Tower and the water too. Bathrooms ..."

"The staff were great every single one of them! However the property is very old, squeaky floors, low dimmed lighting. The AC (thermostat) is extremely old and not the most efficient. The shower pressure was very weak. Room was clean and comfortable however, not much views even from the 7th floor. ..."

"Hustling and bustling huge hotel full of life. More modern than the sf charming Victorian style hotel. International hub of guests. Super cool front desk man welcoming us with laughs and smiles set the tone for a fun evening. Pillows were excellent!!"
