"Considering this hotel is in a great location and the staff are good i felt the room we had was not upto the standards I expected . The carpet looked like it was not vacuumed, one comforter had blood stains, and the fan in the bathroom think the owners need to upgrade big time This is not a criticism but something to consider to ensure "

"Our stay was the perfect beginning to our trip to Australia and New Zealand. We had 3 koalas outside our wildlife viewing room during our entire stay! The sanctuary tour and zoo admission was a wonderful perk! Staff was welcoming and very helpful. "

"Great value for the money. The property is set up with private suites and shared kitchen and laundry. There is a restaurant onsite. Location is great. Next to the shopping mall and lots of coffee shops. About 20 minutes walk from Bondi Beach. We took a bus from the airport. Did not use the shuttle."
