I recently stayed at Sofitel Sydney Wentworth, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel’s location is perfect — right in the heart of Sydney CBD, just a short walk to Circular Quay, the Opera House, and many great restaurants and shops. The staff were incredibly professional and welcoming, always greeting me with a smile and offering help whenever needed. The room was elegant, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities you’d expect from a five-star hotel. I especially loved the bed — super soft and perfect after a long day exploring the city. I’d definitely stay here again !!!

If you are looking for a conveniently located hotel, it’s decent. Room was very bare and basic. In the bathroom there was no shower enclosure so each time the shower is in, the entire bathroom floor gets drenched.

The hotel In general is okay, reception small desks, I was expecting more for the price, not spa, no steam Room, or swimming pool, the rooms are extremely small specially when traveling 3 adults and two double beds, everything is very tight and not enough space to put luggage’s and stuff, the bathroom is old and small, the plastic mat for shower dirty and dark under because of the use. The bar was closed on Saturday night after 9pm. The hotel is close 5 min walk To botanical garden and 15 min walk to circular quay. The breakfast buffet was great with lots of choices. Lastime stayed at Fullerton hotel and that hotel was awesome. Will consider staying at Sofitel Wentworth next time.

overall the stay was great and relaxing especially central to harbour and main streets and locations. with all the recently upgrade costs - well done but still a few little issues with rooms and restaurant menu; - limited drawers in rooms for unloading gear for multi-day stays - bar fridge too small for outside daily purchases like milk, etc - no none-machine coffee - ie coffee packages, and cups far too small for a good drink or tea. - food is limited in restaurants to formal meals and not snacks or small meals except via room service. bar for that the best bed and pillows in past four hotels i have recently stayed - well done.

The staff were very knowledgeable on doing various activities locally. I found them very courteous and great talking to. The Sofitel was very close to the transit station and there were buses close by. It was less than a 10 minute walk to the ferry terminal to take the ferry to various places around Sydney.

Great hotel

The room was quiet and very comfortable. Only downside wad rhat no bar soap. Taking a tub bath ,meant that could not reach up to shampoo botyle halfway up wall. Very dangerous.dangetpus.
