In order for one to get to the tourist things in Rome such as Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps, Colosseum, etc. an Uber or Taxi is a must! "Excellent customer service, the road to the hotel was closed the day of our arrival due to a local marathon run. The receptionist met us at the taxi drop off & guided us through the neighborhood to the hotel pointing out landmarks & local amenities along the way. "

"Property was behind a very busy and high class restaurant. You will need to walk pass restaurant to see the apartment building. Checking in was easy and fast. There is a 24hour guard on duty for you to access in/out of building so it’s very safe. However, guard does not speak any English when I have a question to ask on check out time and if I could leave luggage somewhere in the building after check out. no other way to speak to anyone else.
