Room reeked of peas we initially came in, but that’s not the worst part of this experience. There were a total of 2 employees with good customer service at this facility. However, the rest of them don’t know how to both take care of incoming guests that are checking in and the current guests when they have an issue. No tv or phone in the room, and I called 15 times on my dying phone due to my key badge not working and NOT ONCE did they answer- actually they were ignoring some of the calls! Completely unacceptable from a hotel service. One of the attendees even lied straight to my face saying the badge is only for the lights and the key is the one that opens the door (which isn’t true since I had used it for the last day and a half for the door too) - only for us to use the key to get inside and then the badge wouldn’t work for the lights. When we asked them why they weren’t answering the phones their answer was “oh we’re very busy with check ins”…Um what??? What kind of place can’t handle incoming guests and the current guests? What if I was having a medical emergency? They’d probably let me die there and not even blink an eye. This has by far been THE WORST lodging experience I have ever encountered, which is a shame since I really liked the initial man at the register and the security guard, both of whom had amazing customer service skills. I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy though.
