"The hotel was beautiful. The room was also beautiful. However, we had no turn dorm service or cleaning services done in our room when we were gone. Consider considering the the price of the room, I think that that should have definitely been a priority. We had to ask for clean towels. Also the rooftop bar staff was not that great we waited probably 30-40minutes for a drink and the price for a drink was overpriced"

"Beautiful hotel very well located, only one downside is it only has one elevator for the whole hotel and the Oro Bistrot which make it a little inconvenient, other that that I don’t have any other concerns."
