"Check in is supposed to be 2pm…one receptionist and about 10 people waiting to check in - took about 50 mins before we got into our room. Need more reception staff during busy check in times. The room was nice and clean, the balcony was nice but the surrounding area feels unsafe. We seen a restaurant employees moped get smashed to the ground in a drive by attack at 1am, a group of teenagers with balaclavas tried to storm the dan Murphy’s below…be careful at night it’s not a safe area."

"Clean and lovely room. Pillows were great, unfortunately bed was very low and hard mattress. Staff at the front desk was very welcoming and explained in detail all directions to a tee. Thank you, Irene Emans"

"Showers were great and the house was very spacious and clean. Great location, away from the hustle and bustle of city. Very quiet area just off a main road. Shops were in close proximity."

"Lovely unit,welcoming host via ph .loved our stay ! very roomy inside. Walk-thru garage ,secure big enough grassed yard . Very welcoming ,homey feel. Nice extra little touches by host, PlayStation &variety games.condiments saltoeo ,sauce evt and milk . Extra blankets in rooms,comfy couch large beds..only fault would be bit of a tight drive way,but only due to neighbours,no fault to the unit itself. My dog loved the feel and ran around happily for the first stay we had been at, making the stay wonderful! as soon as we entered .bery close to shopping centre..would def highly recommend or stay again . "
