"Extra $29 to park! Very quiet area we parked overnight on the street. Had breakfast at cafe accross the road $25 for 2. Reception very hard to understand staff- language barrier. Woken up at 4 in the morning to garbage truck reversing beeper in driveway next to our room! We arrived late 11pm, please consider travellers( if you know garbage gets collected Wednesday morning, please select room on the other side) common courtesy I would think!!!!"

"Practical, clean basic motel room. Definitely adequate for an overnight stay at a good price. Tea and coffee provided which was a godsend. A cookie each as well which was a nice touch. We arrived just after midnight and had good communication from staff as to how to access key safe. Bed and pillows comfortable and bathroom recently renovated. A good inexpensive choice close to the airport."

"The hotel is in a convenient location, surrounded by supermarkets and eateries, and the secured parking for $11 per night was a great bonus. The room and bathroom were clean, and there were plenty of amenities provided. We particularly enjoyed the shower, which had both hot and cold options and great water pressure. The lift provided 24-hour access to both the basement car park and reception, which was really convenient. We stayed for three nights during the Easter break, and while housekeeping wasn’t available, there was a trolley with towels and all necessary amenities available for us to grab. We had a lovely stay and will definitely return in the future."

"Great location and very convenient. It’s well connected to nearby parks and just a short distance from Highpoint Shopping Centre. There’s also plenty of parking available, which makes the stay even more comfortable."

"A reasonable room but not particularly clean. One wall near the bed looked like someone had vomited on it but it hasn’t been cleaned off very well. There was also hair (including what looked like pubic hair) on the pillow on the second bed. Not good enough. Pity. We had stayed previously and it had been fine. "

"The late night reception was poor. The advertised breakfast was not a buffet but it ended up being just a burger sandwich."
