"First of all, it actually isn't the Grand Riveria Princess the Grand Riveria Princess is under construction. Here are the CONS in no particular order. Slippers and robes .... tiny. Fire it was, a seaweed smell, turned out to be sewage. Gross. Right next to the privilege section. People trying to sell us ad ons everywhere. They would keep asking if my daughter and I were a couple wanting romantic dinners and massages...gross. Plunge pool in the room needed a better filter. Lots of things floating in there. The bathtub was completely not connected to the floor and was loose.You could wobble it. There is no shelf in the shower to put soap or anything on and there are only two small trash cans in the room and two small tables small, meaning like twelve inches in diameter. Every time we needed to do something with our luggage.It was like we had to be Sherlock Holmes to figure out what they wanted us to do with our luggage.All we wanted to do is just take it to our room and take it from our room. People were having actual sex in public. Pointed it out to staff...I did not follow up on that. There is no place for new arrivals to wait or for people who are leaving to wait.So everyone is just kinda wandering around like zombies and the lobby. Arrival, if you're staying in the resort park, that is now closed is very clunky and awkward, and they don't really tell you what to do.You kind of have to figure it out. PROS. Lots of pool locations quiet or loud. "

"overall the resort was okay , the rooms are old , the food wasnt good to be honest . the food was not fresh the dairy product were not refrigerated meat seem old. the menu was very limited. the services and staff are very friendly but thats about it . the resort is very big at least and the mildlife was beautiful to see. "The building is in poor condition, rooms requires lots of work; shuttle is needed for beach and main pool access (long walk from some buildings); beach was poorly cleaned from seaweed; food was average; drinks/juices were all artificial tasting; pools were clean but as usual seating was limited from people saving spots; shows were really late. "

"We stayed in a king mini suite overlooking the entrance with a view of the sea and sunrise to the right. Very spacious room and super comfy bed. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner supplied but I recommend taking your own. Mini bar stocked daily with water, sodas and beer. Hairdryer and iron in the room. Staff overall were fantastic and friendly. Daytime entertainment team got everyone going and joining in. Evening entertainment was hit and miss, ended by 9:30ish then the bar was very quiet and emptied quickly. Only one bar open at night, it would have been a bonus if the pool bar stayed open later. Good choice of daytime bars and places to eat including pizzas, ice creams, coffee and cakes and the grab and go area. Highlight was Brasas Grill but all eateries were very good."
