"It was a great experience all the way around, the staff is awesome with the best service I could’ve asked, the guys at the bar Alex, Gonzalo, and Mario also Jorge from Los Girasoles restaurant and Victor from the morning, breakfast buffet, I didn’t get the name of the housekeeping, lady, but she always went the extra mile to make sure our room was immaculate, clean and stacked up with everything needed, and she was adapting to flexible schedule to come and do the room, even after she had already passed by and we were inside resting, for sure we’ll be going back next year and it’s highly recommended."

"We had an amazing stay at this all-inclusive resort! The staff were truly outstanding, especially Alfredo and Sergio in restaurant — both were incredibly attentive and made our experience feel extra special. Their warm service really stood out. The food was great across the board, and the restaurants offered plenty of delicious options. Our room was cleaned spotlessly every single day, and the room service was excellent. There was also plenty of entertainment throughout the day and evening. You can really tell the team works hard to make sure guests are happy and always have something fun to do. Overall, a wonderful stay, highly recommend!"

"Maid service was great but somewhat some things were forgotten...not enough coffee...cleaning rags left...overall not really anything big...the honestly of your staff is amazing and so much appreciated. My daughter in another room forgot to close their safe....nothing was touched...Another daughter left out a precious necklace...moved it but not taken...we will certainly come again!"
