"We arrived on the date and time (3pm) agreed. I received the key code and thought we were off to a great start. Unfortunately the home was not cleaned from the prior guest. The home in general was not the cleanest either (carpet, furniture, and pool table stained). The host apologized for the mishap and sent the cleaner to the home that day at 6:30pm.
