The staff on day one were awesome, day two not so good. The AC in the room failed it was hot in there for the second night stay, when I went to ask, was told that everyone had left for the day. Body was in the shower was empty, the shampoo was nearly empty. Had to ask for towels because there was none in the bathroom. Breakfast was limited, yogurt, fruit and muffin. I was hoping that my experience would had been better. But it wasn't.

Cockroaches in bathroom at night. Breakfast in a brown bag. A better continental breakfast would have been nice. Coffee machine in room but no coffee pods. Left side of the bed in room 136 was uncomfortable. We like the shower and quietness. Good for what you pay for, but needs to be renovated.

The staff was friendly and amazing, just some of the towels were still dirty/stained, the curtain had either a little bit of blood stain or something, the door didn’t have a handle so hard time going upstairs to get in, people smoking weed outside and pretty rude.

Great Stay’s at hotel Xola in Moreno Valley

Hotel Xola is a good value for what you pay. Rooms are comfortable and clean, staff is amazing and professional. Plus it’s right next too the bowling alley, a diner, and other food places within walking distance. I feel this hotel has a lot to offer and is convenient. I will definitely be staying here again.

Great one day stay

The hotel stay was decent. The lovely woman at the front desk is extremely friendly and happy to help out. Our room was good. The bed was comfortable. I will say the only thing that kept me from giving it a full 5 stars was the fact that I could hear people walking as if they were in the room. The full on lack of sound deafening kept me up through out the night because for some reason people decided to run around the hallways at like 5am.

For the price, I was pleased. Was clean. No bigs. A little cheap on the breakfast, but I can live with that. The parking lot does has some interesting characters hanging out at the bowling lot on the other side. And the parking lot has HUGE pot holes, which scraped both rims on one side
