"The property itself is great. Room is comfortable. Balcony has great space and view. Everything is new. Location for someone who likes a bit of a walk (10 mins) to basically whatever you want is great. The only thing that is less than ideal is the noise of the train/tram real early. If you can use earplugs or a white noise machine or you’re a heavy sleeper, this property is great."

"The CLLIX staff were helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean. The gym was reasonable too. Unfortunately the windows and doors to the outside didn't seal properly, which made it extremely difficult to sleep. The shower leaked all over the en suite floor. These apartments also seemed to be on the 'wrong side' of the tracks; there were quite a few people hanging around on the street outside that were high on drugs, particularly at night.
