"This home was the perfect Oasis for our trip to “Better Place Forest” in Point Arena. We came to place my husband’s ashes beneath the Redwood tree we chose six years ago. "This was our second visit to Irish Beach and to this house. We love sitting out on the deck enjoying the view, reading, watching the birds fly by and treating ourselves to time in the spa. The dark sky stargazing is grand. The walk on the beach down to where the Garcia River flows into the ocean below the Point Arena Lighthouse is the perfect way to renew and refresh. The host was responsive at first about early check in, but when I tried to ask about getting use to the washer and dryer there was NO response at all.
