"Our room was fine. Nothing fancy but clean and the bed was comfortable. I think I was a bit disappointed with the surrounding area. It looked greener and fresher in the photos. I liked the location into town. Just a couple of minutes. I would stay there again."

"The hotel itself is very clean & quiet, the western theme was cute and the games in the courtyard were a nice change from a pool. The vouchers for breakfast provided a good deal. Coffee makers in the room were nice but the hotel is convenient to everything so we opted to run the few blocks to Starbucks for more."

Dennen's Victorian Farmhouse

Dennen's Victorian Farmhouse

10/10 Excellent
"Dennen's Victorian Farmhouse is well located just south of Mendocino. The instructions to enter our room were given to us the day of our visit by text, as there are no staff onsite. Directions were easy to follow, and we were inside and relaxing within minutes. Even though no one was there to talk to, we didn't feel neglected. We could text if we wanted to, or visit with staff located next door at The Inn at Schoolhouse Creek. We were well stocked with amenities. Coffee or tea in our room, plus a bottle of Husch wine to enjoy. Excellent wine. At the Tea room in the main house, you could enjoy games, books or great tea. I was told the farmhouse was built in the late 1800's. We were in the Sunrise/Sunset room in another building on the property. Everything in the room was very clean and the room spacious. As with older properties, though, some wear was evident although it didn't diminish my appreciation for this property. We'll definitely be back."
