"Nelva was wonderful!! Very gracious and helpful. The second evening and morning it was a different host. She seemed a bit angry with us. For example as we were leaving she asked to take a picture and post it on instagram. I don’t allow pictures of myself and family on social media. She just walked away when I declined and I thanked her for everything and she ignored me. "

"What an amazing trip and stay at the Ruse. From the minute we booked the Stay and Play, Christine at the front desk, was so helpful to answer questions and make our trip spectacular. I cannot say enough about the property and the breakfasts! The 18 hole putting green was so fun. Beds were very comfortable, the golf at the Mayacama was outstanding. We have already decided we are coming back next year."

"Great charming place to stay, the building has an old Victorian feel to it. Great decor and location, you can walk around downtown within 5 minutes. The Tower West room has a huge jacuzzi. The breakfast is complementary and is made fresh in house and is really good. We got fresh yogurt fruit parfait (hand made, not from a packet) and freshly prepared omelettes with cheese, bacon and Apples (!)."
