Staff was polite and the room was clean, but the deferred maintenance issues put this on the no-go list for the future. It was good for a comfortable bed on a short overnight stay, but honestly wish I'd paid a bit more for something better.

We decided to make a review for this property as we booked it for the pool, the laundry services and ice machine. However, all three of these services were not in working order. Very disappointed. The area as far as ease to get around to stores and shopping was really nice, but our overall experience was very disappointing and less than satisfactory.

You get what you pay for. I'm accustomed to noise, checking out my window throughout the night on my vehicle. However in the two and a half years I've stayed there on and off, it's just that. You get what you pay for but I've never had a problem. Great staff! Always helpful when I needed it.

Hotel was well located and easy walk to several restaurants. Not super clean and could use some renovations. Had to ask for hair dryer and extra blanket. No shampoo or conditioner in room. Overall a reasonable place to stay for budgeting traveller.

Note really a Radisson...yet

This is Motel 6 being udpated/transformed into a Park Inn by Radison. The hotel lists breakfast included, but it is only a pot of coffee in the registration lobby. It is overpriced as an Inn by Radisson since it is still just a motel 6. The rooms have been recently painted with updated fixtures, which was very nice and comfortable. The MOTEL 6 sign is still on the street side and building and poorly "blacked" out with spray paint, The Radisson sign is posted to second story as a banner and is hard to read/locate from the street.

Convenient location. Quiet for the most part. Nice lawn for walking dogs. There were a few questionable prople "hanging out" on the property. Biggest concern was overhearing front desk staff telling customers they had to spray and close down some rooms because of bugs.

Recently changed from Motel 6 (sign was covered with black tarp) but place was filthy and run down. Stains on the sheets, splashes of something on wall, window didn't close, drywall on ceiling had huge patches cut out and not taped, went on and on. Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful when we decided not to stay.

Terrible water pressure and almost impossible to get the water a good temp. Either scalding hot or freezing. Staff is nice, area around the motel is extremely nice (because Petaluma is nice).

Not bad I must say. It’s motel 6. I know what to expect. But the front desk people were helpful and nice. Room was clean and somewhat modernized. We could control the room temperature.

Sheet had a stain on it. Remote had something dried on it. Hair in sink and tub. Towels dirty and had hair on one of them. Mold around door from tons of moisture on windows and door. Area okay and places to eat fairly close. Noise was okay from outside but anytime neighbor ran water, was really noisy. Would not stay again.
