This property was in an excellent location. Front staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, clean, and well stocked. Everything was perfect, it was a great stay!
Very friendly staff. Professional yet homely. Made our stay very comfortable and relaxing. Staff deserve a raise.
The property was recently renovated and is lovely. We had a double/twin with en-suite (room 4) While small was very accommodating. Beds are comfortable, a fluffier pillow would be nice 😋. Room was quiet and hot water plentiful. We opted to sleep with the window open so a bit noisy early morning ...
conveniently located near Victoria Station, buffet breakfast was good
Great location for seeing Hamilton in the theatre. Clean bedroom and friendly receptionIt’s. However downside was breakfast It was so basic - didn’t bother with it on the second day - hotel shouldn’t bother offering this.
