"Location, location, location! The hotel is a block from Trafalgar square and walkable to many of the key sites. It's walkable to shopping, restaurants, buses, the tube, hop on and hop off buses. The staff is very friendly and provided great suggestions to restaurants and sites to see. The hotel is very clean and has a washing machine at no charge for guests to use. I would definitely stay again at the hotel for my next trip to London."
"A good find near Victoria Station. The room a bit snug and the bed is comfortable and the room is clean. The main lobby and bar are open and available 24/7 and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful."

"It was a very convenient location near Victoria station so we could explore the city in all directions from there. It was also easy to get to Heathrow for our flight. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was perfect for what we needed. Clean, comfortable, and big enough for three of us. And the towels were big and fluffy!"
