"Staff are very helpful! Pool was located in foyer area so not a great deal of privacy. Hallways are very noisy and noise penetrated the rooms. Breakfast was ample but did not change menu in the 13 days of my stay. Dinner from room service was extremely good. Close to shopping, restaurants and a stroll to the beach. "

We did experience an issue with our room initially where it smelt quite humid, and we were later moved. The resort did not have any functions after 5pm at all other than host a private 5-year-olds birthday function for someone who was not a hotel guest. "The nature of Patra Bali resort is not really for those looking to “experience Bali” but rather for those looking to “enjoy a delightful self-contained tropical resort” and not have to worry about any logistics or dining etc. From the latter standpoint, Patra is lovely with a gorgeous lagoon-like pool and offers absolutely everything you need in a self-contained setting next to a beach and astonishingly close to the Bali airport. The Buggy services are awesome, 24/7 ready. The breakfast was fabulous. Variety of food to choose from. Also the staff at restaurant was very nice. The service calls were attended very quickly . "Villa Kayu Raja is in a good location, but not really walkable to restaurants or the beach, especially at night. The sidewalk ends a bit before the villa, so you’re left walking in the busy street. The villa itself is nice, but I was unimpressed with the private pool. It is very small and the yard itself is deceiving in size from the pictures. Virtually no sunlight comes into the pool area as well, so the pool is a bit chilly and you aren’t able to do any sun tanning. The price is a bit steep...
