"The hotel advertisement is not clear in that these are a mixture of building and chalets. You will need multiple lifts to get to the restaurant and swimming area. This can be long if your chalet is fair away. The room was not clean, no soap was provided, bed sheets were dirty, the floor had not been ..."

"Stayed in a family cottage. Bedrooms comfortable and reasonable kitchen facilities. The hotel has two pools, mini golf and a tennis court. Great if holidaying with children. Only downside is that there is no sofa as area only fits a table. No wifi in rooms and we were unable to connect in the reception ..."
"The room was OK. Nothing fancy. They do make you pay extra for towels, sheets, but the beds do have mattress covers, and there are blankets in the room. The room we picked stated it would accommodate a family of five, however there were only four single beds in room. Our youngest is an infant so it ..."
"Apart from no fans in the rooms the property was fine. I can't believe in the south of France in Summer they dont have a fan. Also was charged again for the room as after paying Expedia they wouldn't give me a room unless I paid."

"Great hotel for an overnight at the airport. The shuttle train is easy to find. The only negative is if the weather is poor since you have to walk outside for a short distance. The rooms were very comfortable. I recommend bringing some bottled water. The tap water tasted like chlorine. The buffet was good as far as hotel buffets go. The staff was professional and quick at check in. I was happy they spoke some English. I would stay here again for sure. "

"The staff was amazing. Michael at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay fun. He was helpful when we needed another room for the week. Found us accommodations for one night at another hotel and then a room at our hotel for the rest of the week. Truly amazing. The cleaning staff were wonderful. Michael gave us great restaurant recommendations and always greeted us warmly when we arrived back for the night. The views of Paris were so special. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. "
