"The front desk clerk who greeted us (Sorry I can't remember her name) was amazing and pleasant. Very helpful. When you return to the hotel, if after 10 p.m. , you must enter a code to gain entry. We did not realize this and rang the bell. The lady who came to let us in seemed quite perturbed that we had bothered her. Great location and great hotel, just don't disturb the night manager!!"

"Room was clean and great for solo traveller. The location is a little far from city center, but is definitely walkable to city center and the train station. Location is quiet and safe, and there’s a grocery store right beside the building so very convenient. The shower was a bit small and nowhere to put the shower gel, so it was a bit difficult to place my things. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The reception is limited hours, but I didn’t find that to be a problem. Overall I would recommend! "
