"Appartement très lumineux, et spacieux. Séjour très agréable dans l'ensemble. Il manque un peu de vaisselle. Il y a un lave vaisselle mais vu qu'il manque des casseroles (il n'y en a qu'une grande) ... il serait bien de mettre un service à raclette aussi. Et petit bémol sur l'annonce préciser qu'il y a beaucoup de marches à monter. Surtout si on a une personne à mobilité réduite. Tout le reste est top. Merci pour ce séjour"

"No hand soap, kettle or teabags provided. Door not closing onto balcony without banging it. Balcony looking on to noisy building works which wasn’t worth the extra money paid, as the balcony was unusable. No mugs, sugar or milk provided. No robes or slippers. Room was ok but overall disappointing for a 4 star. No USB points. Great bathroom and comfortable bed. Good air conditioning."

"The hotel was easy to find, being right on the main road through Andorra La Vella. The only problem we had was with the parking. There is a small parking area by the front door (only realistically approached coming downhill) for brief use while checking in. Unfortunately someone decided to spend 20 mins in reception causing a backlog onto the main road for several cars. The parking costs €17 per night, which is ok given that parking is at a premium. Once you enter the underground car park things get a bit testing. It was obviously created when cars were much smaller and there is very little room for manoeuvre in what feels like a cave. The room was spacious & clean, perfectly adequate for our one night stay. The hotel clearly caters for many coach parties. The dinner & breakfast are buffet style and a queue forms quickly at ‘opening time’. There is a bit of a scrum for seats & food so it may be best to be first in line or go half an hour later! Overall, the hotel was good but our stay was rather spoiled by anxiety about the parking as we saw a few fresh dents on other cars. On reflection, we would have preferred another hotel further up the hill in another village, with less traffic & open parking."
