    Allez sur Bonascre que si vous aimez le VTT de descente ! La vue la haut est belle mais la station en été est tristounette Le village vacances est très sonore, porte communicante entre notre chambre et les voisins non isolée, on entendait tout et on pouvait suivre les conversations : honteux ! On était là bas pour 3 nuits et l’hotelier nous a refusé l’accès au restaurant sous pretexte qu’il n’y avait pas assez de personnel pour gérer des gens en plus, du coup, on s’est rabattu sur les 3 malheureux restos ouverts sur la station ( qui n’étaient pas donnés) et avec tout ça, on a abrége notre séjour d’une nuit... Les chambres et salle de bain sont petites mais bien redécorées. Le compte n’y est pas pour atteindre leur niveau 4* et leur classification cap France exception …

    The hotel is hidden behind a cafe. There is no nearby parking. The room is all tiled, cold and sterile. The towels are thin and small. The shower lies behind a shower curtain, and was too appalling to use. The in-roomheater did not work. It took a while for the motion-detection hall lights to come in.…

    We were on our way from Spain to France and we needed a place to sleep at the end of the day. They had a room available at the last minute and that was about the only positive thing. The lady at the front desk said the room hadn’t been paid for when we arrived. So we paid at the reception. She couldn’t print an invoice and we didn’t think anything about that, until we noticed after our holiday, that the amount was also booked on our credit card. So we paid twice for a room/bed, that was - at best - mediocre. I have tried to contact them several times, by calling, emailing and using the online Expedia message service, but so far, no results. When you call them you get three options you can choose from, but not any of them will get you in contact with a person. You do get an answering machine and I have left my phone number, but heard nothing from them so far. We really liked Ax-les-Thermes, but wouldn’t book here again.…
