This hotel is in a beautiful and quiet area. Our room was impeccable with a great view on the mountains. Our dinner at the hotel was excellent. Easy parking and very welcoming staff.

Everything here was fantastic, the staff were very friendly and the foods are very delicious, the taste of the food was new. They took a birthday cake for my wife:) she loved it so much

Wonderful location in the mountains within easy walk to town. Very close and easy drive for a day trip to Andora. Beautiful pool and wonderful steam room to enjoy after a day out touring . Staff couldn’t have been nicer or accommodating . Breakfast was excellent.

One of the best hotels in Catalonia!

We stayed all over Catalonia and this was our favourite hotel by far. The views are simply breathtaking, the outside pool and jacuzzi are wonderful, the rooms are spacious and staff couldn’t do more to help us! The views alone make this hotel wonderful value! We left feeling fully relaxed and plan to come back!

Couldn't do enough to help

The owner couldn't do enough for us when we didn't want to leave the hotel for some food as the children were tired. They created some simple light food options for us to enjoy on the beautiful terrace. The pools were amazing, so clean and the views were spectacular.

The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, and so are the views of the Pyrenees from the rooms. But, the best part of my stay was interacting with the wonderful people who worked at the hotel. The women at the front desk were friendly, knowledgable and professional. And the 2 managers that I met were the same. They gave me recommendations on where to stop on my way back to Lisbon and also made the hotel reservation for me! The staff was quick to help and did it with a smile. It was an excellent 3 nights and I would not hesitate to return.

Very friendly staff and great dinner!

Incredibly friendly staff at all levels (Reception, Restaurant, Housekeeping and Spa), amazing food for dinner at the restaurant. Two issues prevent this place from getting top marks: we didn't have hot water for the first night and first morning in the shower. Secondly, due to some older infrastructure there is a knocking noise we heard throughout both nights which was the heating system working. The noise kept us from sleeping well and we left the hotel quiet tired. We did tell management and they took our concerns seriously and tried to compensate, however it's just a shame to not rest well after long days in the snow in nearby Andorra.

Great spot

Enjoyed 2 nights. Positives: - Very friendly and helpful staff - Great location. The history of the hotel site is wonderful - The saunas were great - enjoyed the outside pool for a few hours. Great views from the pool deck - Room was a great size and nice view from the balcony. - Fantastic continental breakfast. Negatives: - Beds were far too firm for our liking. Of course, this is all in your personal preference but we had trouble getting comfortable. - The outdoor hot tubs were not “hot” during our stay and staff could not rectify the issue. Overall, this Would appear to be the best option in La Seu d’Urgell. Our understanding from the staff is that they have been open for about six months. There is some repairs to the roof ongoing, we heard nothing during our stay.

Tiene mucho que actualizar. Es un lugar con muchas posibilidades, que actualmente no está a la altura. Habitaciones anticuadas y zonas comunes para actualizar. El equipo humano muy amable y atento. Cuando mejoren sus instalaciones volveré, un lugar idílico, en un entorno privilegiado.

Magnifico hotel con amplia y apetecible zona wellnes.Vistas magnificas y am biente acogedor.Personal amable y ser vicial en todas sus funciones.elegante y comoda zona de bar donde disfrutar en sus comodos sillones de variedad de destilados y refrescos.Cenamos en el restaurante acompañados de nues tra perrita platos sabrosos de buena presentacion y gran cocinado.Desayu no correcto con variedad suficiente e inmejorable servicio por parte de la chica que nos atendió.Piscina exterior amplia zona verde wn su exterior e im ponente fortaleza en la zona del hotel sin entrada en su interior.Amplio apar camiento para los vehiculos.Habita cion y baño amplios con terraza de grandes vistas.
