"This was my first room rental experience without a hotel host present. Once I understood the arrival process and was texted a door entry code to my room, everything was fine. The room seemed like it was newly painted and furnished. There were some people wondering around confused about checking in, so maybe the process should be better explained beforehand. I would definitely go back there again. The price was very reasonable, and the apartment was in excellent condition."

"When we arrived the room smelled like smoke and there was water on the floor from the AC unit. It took a few days to get the AC unit fixed. The smoke smell was there through out our stay even though we had the windows open. I am guessing this was a smoking room when it was a Hilton Hotel. Otherwise, great location and a good property."

"We had a wonderful time in Scottsdale. This is a great place to stay for a number of reasons. The location was perfect for getting to our activities and restaurants. The property is spotlessly clean and well equipped. Located in a very nice community, we enjoyed the amenities that were available to us. Perhaps the most impressive thing is the owners. "Stayed in this home for the weekend with two families (4 adults, 6 teenage kids). Layout was great for two families, or possibly more. The neighborhood was amazing. Middle of Paradise Valley at the base of camelback mountain. Location could not have been better. Very short walk to Sanctuary Resort. The house is dated and the layout is funky, but the location makes it easy to look past these things. The price reflected this. If modern finishes and design is important to you, you may want to...

"The codo has an excellent layout and is well located for shopping and restaurants. Easy access to Mayo Clinic. The air conditioner failed, but the host responded quickly and worked with us to resolve the issue. We would definitely stay here again."

"Great location/property, only feedback I received from anyone who stayed there was the chlorine level seemed a bit high in the pool/hot tub. The people who used both all had the same feedback. I also couldn't find the garbage bags but that is not really a complaint! Great time and if the timing works we will try and rent the same place next year."
